Donation Terms

Use of donations

All donations are directed to the published programmes and initiatives. When you select a specific campaign, your gift is allocated to it. If a campaign exceeds its goal or closes, surplus funds are directed to similar programmes serving the same purpose.

Receipts

An electronic receipt is emailed to you as soon as your donation is confirmed. For bank transfers, the receipt is issued once the transfer is verified.

Monthly giving

You may stop your monthly donation at any time from your account or by contacting us.

Refunds

If a donation amount was entered incorrectly or duplicated by mistake, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction and we will process your request.

Transparency

The Foundation publishes periodic reports on how donations are spent, and operates under its adopted anti-fraud and anti-corruption policy.
