Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Policy
Hareer Foundation for Community Development is committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all its humanitarian activities and programs. This policy aims to prevent, detect, and address any form of fraud or corruption that may occur during the implementation of the Foundation's work or the management of its resources.
Policy objectives
- Prevent any fraudulent or corrupt practices within the Foundation.
- Protect the funds and resources of donors and beneficiaries.
- Promote transparency and accountability in resource management.
- Clarify procedures to follow in cases of suspected fraud or corruption.
- Ensure prompt and serious handling of any violations.
Scope
This policy applies to all individuals associated with the Foundation, including board members, employees, volunteers, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
Whistleblowing
The Foundation provides a safe channel for reporting any suspicion of fraud or corruption, and guarantees the protection of whistleblowers from retaliation. Reports may be sent to info@hareerinitiative.com.
